Returns policy
We'd be upset to have you in a position where you feel the need to change or refund your product with us. However, we understand that sometimes situations can change after purchasing an item. So, we will try to be as accommodative as possible but please read our requirements below for an exchange or refund. As we currently do not have a storefront, please keep in mind that delivery costs incurred during the return process will need to be borne by the customer. We are happy to exchange your candle(s) for as long as they haven't been used and are still in their original packaging in selling condition (we reserve the right to determine if the product has been maintained in sellable conditions). You must provide proof of purchase and request an exchange within the first 14 days of purchase - no returns will be accepted after this time frame. Please get in touch with us at hello@decorie.com.au with your name, email address, order number, proof of purchase and reason for product return. It is expected that damage caused during the return delivery of the product is borne by the customer. Please send photos of the product before delivery.

Shipment damage: if you find that the candle has been damaged during our delivery to you, please get in touch with us within the first 24 hours of receiving the product, with photos of the damage, so that we can resolve this concern with you.
